Over the past twelve weeks, sixteen practitioners from across the Further Education and Training sector have been doing something quite radical: they identified real problems inside their own organisations, built personas, mapped journeys, challenged orthodoxies, prototyped solutions, and stood up in front of an expert panel to defend their thinking. They did it alongside their day jobs. They did it in a sector not always known for giving people permission to experiment. And what they produced is genuinely worth seeing.
The four challenge areas they chose to work on are culture, assessment, admissions and digital literacy.
