We would love you to get involved in one of our Challenges. They can be unsolicited provocations, zoomed out, big picture thinking – that helps the wider public and society, and showcases how creative problem solving– in a truly collaborative setting–can surface new thinking and ideas to issues that affect everyone.
Are you a studio that thrives on collaboration? At BOUNCE, we’re looking for studios to lead a Challenge.
This is your chance to frame a meaningful research question, guide creative professionals iin collaboration with non-creatives, and open up the design process to the public.
We bring creatives and non-creatives together, to explore the potential of collaborative co-design practices.
For the participants, the challenge is developed around an interactional model of learning whereby what you bring to the table is just as valuable as what you take away. It’s not about top-down teaching — it’s about facilitating co-creation, dialogue, and critical exploration.
If your studio is ready to spark new thinking and showcase design as a public good, it’s time to step up and lead a Challenge.

BeThis won’t be about polished portfolios or final products. It will be about the how—how you will think, adapt, question, and respond to a brief in real time. We will celebrate experimentation, risk-taking, and the messy middle of design.
Whether you work solo or in a team, you will be given a brief that will nudge you outside your usual lane. You will have limited time, set constraints, and the freedom to interpret the brief in ways that will encourage new thinking. The goal? To push your boundaries and show how design can provoke, connect, and shift perspectives.
This challenge will not be a competition. There won’t be a winner. But there will be impact, insight, and probably a few surprises.
